What does Essential include?
Business identity, hours, greeting, FAQs, after-hours handling, and delivery by text or email. No calendar, CRM, or multi-employee routing.
When do I connect a calendar?
Professional and Enterprise can connect Google, Microsoft Outlook, or Apple iCloud during setup. Essential does not ask for calendar access.
Does Enterprise include CRM today?
CRM and custom integrations are offered as guided implementation or Contact Sales. This V1 does not claim automated CRM OAuth.
How long does setup take?
The product goal is under thirty minutes for a ready-for-test-call state when your subscription and integrations are available.
